Thanks everyone for all the help, i probably spent a little more money than i wanted but with everything on my car having never been replaced since it was made alot of it was old and was time to replace it

Found the problem, we had 2 o2 sensors swapped by accident

Got it fixed, found out two of the o2 sensors were accidentally swapped

I knew the spark plugs were different but not the packs I'll have to change those too then

I found out that my injectors were aftermarket so i swapped them back to stock and it helped a little bit but not much, i just checked the oil level just cus i was curious and even tho I've driven 25-maybe50 miles I have pretty much no engine oil but theres no signs of leaks

So I had an 05 gt stock motor that was blown and swapped it for a stock 09 gt motor, and ever since the swap the car has been idling rough and lagging/hesitating upon acceleration, i have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, new battery, newer spark plugs, cleaned the maf, cleaned throttle body...

Whatever the problem is going on me and my dad are completely stumped because we've both done just about everything we can think of and even some outta the box idea checks, but it's even weirder that there's check engine light turning on or even flashing, and codes haven't shown in a while but...

I just bought a new fuel pump so I know that's good I'll try to see if I can clear out the lines tho

I replaced the cats technically yesterday and the problem is still there

The only reason I'm thinking fuel lines is because of the amount of gunk that came out of the fuel filter was probably the worst I've seen almost looked like mud By the way I'm talking about the hardlines that are underneath the car and not the one by the engine

I got a new alternator when I did the engine swap sorry I didn't mention that Yes the cats are stock, if they were clogged how would I go about cleaning them?

So all of the things you guys have suggested I have done and there has been no change to the way the car behaves idling or accelerating the problem still persist

So for the past few years my car has had the lovely privilege of living in a desert environment and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or instructions on how to clean out possibly clogged fuel lines, I believe they are clogged enough for them to be causing my car to idle rough and not get...

There is no tune and even when I did put a tune on it there was no change, it has the separate motion plates

So I have the same problem but mine is after I swapped the stock engine after is sized up and put a newer stock 09 engine in it, I've given it a fresh oil change, trans fluid change, new fuel filter and pump, cleaned throttle body and MAF, as well as new gas, also has a new battery

I've cleaned the TB thoroughly already, I've also tried using a newer TB and the same problem is still there

No traction control problems, and have been thinking about swapping computer with my dad's just don't want to do anything until I know for certain so I'm not wasting money
