I had to shave a tiny bit of delrin from my UCA to get the sleeve to bite. Well worth the extra time to do it right. My Metco UCA has been silent since day 1. Is it possible that you overtorqued it the first time and deformed the sleeve?

Sounds good. I though my car looked lower than the 1.1" that Hotchkis advertises, but never cared cause it looks good. Now, someone just has to chech the other struts availabel for this chassis.

Does that tune turn off your ABS?

All of those were probably for 2005-10.

I think some tuners offer a "track tune" where everything is turned off.

Forget grade 8. 10.9 is oem.

I think thats the bolt that connects the lca to the relo. Scary stuff.

I heard some reports of uneven pad wear on the new 6-pots. Have you noticed anything?

Mine did that w/ Diablo tunes on my '12. No matter how many revisions. But idle/runs just fine on the stock tune.

What are the spring rates? How often do these need to be re-built? Where are you located? Those potholes sound familiar.
