Just an update... but no progress, I swapped cam pos sensors from left to right heads and problems stayed on bank 1 side. Power lags as soon as oil warms up to normal op temp...this is not giving me a warm and fuzzy, I’m going to try running 50w oil and if my problems go away then I know this...

I replaced all 4 solenoids with ford solenoids. Did not fix the issue. I guess I should’ve mentioned that in the description, my apologies. I also did a fresh oil change with Mobil 1 synthetic 5w20. Chris
