I am finishing up a swap from a 2007 GT manual into a 2005 automatic chassis. I moved the engine, pcm, wiring harness, transmission, pedal box and drive shaft. I also switched over the old key cylinder to bypass the PATS. Everything looks pretty good so far and the antitheft light went out...

I switched out the cylinder lock and when using the v8 key, the PATS alarm is gone. It still doesn't start, but I think I need to work on the sensor from the automatic transmission that is looking for the car to be in park next.

Thanks I will try switching over the cylinder lock and seeing if it will start with the v8 key. I will eventually get a tune to delete the pets but a few more things I want to do before tuning it
