Quote me if I'm wrong, but a 44mm wastegate should be more than enough for on3 turbo at the boost you want to run.

To add to what AHaze said, you should not need a 4-port solenoid unless you plan on running more than 2x the boost your wastegate springs allow. This is because the solenoid can bleed off all the PSI (boost) the wastegate will allow, but that's it. Anything more, and you'll need another source...

These pumps do not need to be submerged to cool, period. The fuel hat is on the top of the tank and the pump(s) (depending on the model) is right below the top of the hat. If the pumps required external cooling, it would be a pretty piss-poor design on Ford's part.

My 05 started out as a 4.0L V6. I believe there were exhaust balancers hung in a few places off the exhaust. Might want to check if those came off. Check out this post on the mustangforums...
