    5.0 strokers used to be pretty good value. I mean if your going to put in new piston and rods you shouldn't see much if any cost difference between std. 4.6l and 5.0+l Cost of crank will obviously be the difference. Don't know what they go for now. Na probably not worth it.

    I still have the liner on. I did plane the poly mounts down a bit after a few years. Made the hood easier to close.

    I would have preferred the drop spindles. I did see a company had them way back when I lowered mine. After all the costs of the rod ends,shocks,adjustable mounts and multiple trips to an alignment shop. The drop spindles were probably a better option.

    oil pump housings are the same between the 2. I believe the billet rear plate was to combat the issues and you may not need the TSS gears. But the TSS gears are a proven performer and have been for quite some time.
