    The 3V cam specs have been on Crower's site for a while. Funny thing is....sometimes it shows all the specs and other times they show lift and duration at .050". Weird.

    3.15 gears are stock for an automatic. 12.60's is ballpark for them. Seen three others do the same thing. Good luck with the mods to the car.

    I went back and checked to make sure. We have a total of 6 bent valves and one oddly damaged valve guide. Keeper grooves looked a bit worn on the "good" valves. How 'bout we just put all new Ford valves in these suckers, m'kay? Yeeeaahhhh....so we'll just go ahead and get that taken care of...

    More than a "few" were bent. 1/4"-3/8" is fine. FRPP is the same as Livernois Stage 1. Livernois does the CNC work for FRPP. :evillaugh:

    N/A on a stock engine? Not a lot....around 15-20 hp across the rpm range. Add cams and it really wakes the whole thing up. Even NSR cams. Usually adding 25-35 hp across the rpm range above what the cams add. With a power adder......hang on to yer ass. :evil:

    Putting the car back to (pretty much) stock so both of these are coming off. Less than 500 miles and 10 runs on each piece. Virtually brand new. New prices are $blah blah blah for the manifold and $blah blah for the throttle body. Asking xxxx shipped to your door. Crappy cell phone pic.........

    Perhaps you mean "stainless" ring sets. Stainless rings should only be used on race cars. Period. Proper way to seat a moly ring set is with varying loads on the engine during the first 30-45 minutes of run time. Easy way to do this is to obtain a "break-in" tune so the engine is safe to run...

    CP 9cc dish pistons in .020" overbore with CP file to fit moly ring set. Have the block bored/honed to fit the new pistons and put it back together with new bearings and billet oil pump gears after having it balanced. Simple. Should be around $1700 or so.
