Is this response just from a drag racing perspective? I've had 3.15's, 3.55's, and 3.73's in my '11 GT A6. I'm running 3.55's now and love them. I've got a ton more bottom-end over the 3.15's and a usable 1st gear over the 3.73's.

PS The Hankook V12 is a fantastic tire for the money. It has very good dry handling but not as good as the Hankook RS3. Where it really shines is that it is lightyears better in the rain and cold compared to the RS3 which was batshit scary in either of those scenarios.

That's normal as far as what the gauge reads. Mine goes to 29.29 when getting off the gas quickly. If you just tap the throttle just 1% it will show it's actually in the 12-13 range.

KW V3 coilovers. I could go much lower if I wanted to, but where it is now is very comfortable.

Yes, they poke out a good bit with anything wider than a 255 in the rear. It's just not my cup of tea. According to UPS, my 18x10 SVE Drifts will be in tomorrow. I'll try to get pics posted up on Tuesday.
