Where is the exhaust leak at , before the sensor or after ? If you have a leak in front of the sensor it will throw a code on you , even a small leak .

Have you checked to make sure that the wheel is not lose ? Any work done to the car lately ?,tires rotated , alignment done , ect. ?

I don't know how the TPMS would affect the advance trac system ,as the advance trac gets it's info from the ABS from the axles . I have had aftermarket wheels and tires on mine for over a year ,and had no problems with anything other than the light coming on to tell me I have "low air pressure"...

This is what I am thinking too , but I know a few tuners who swear by it being at the end of the tail pipe .

I had the same set up you do, except 5 sp standard , and got 23 mpg playing around somewhat and could get up to 27 mpg on a trip. That was with a 3.55 rear also .I think you may have an overly safe tune .

It could just be hung on the dowel pins,I have had to shake them pretty hard sometimes to get them loose . Also make sure they are "inline" with each other, no weight on the trans that will pull down hard on the imput shaft ,as this will cause the shaft and pilot bearing to bind .

Does it move at all , small gap between bell housing and block ?
