Looks like reloading the tune took care of the lean out that it had after replacing the O2 sensor. I guess something got corrupted in the tune and acted up. Not really sure. Car feels solid again, or at least as solid as it can be in this heat.

Yes, if you pull the O2 sensor harness off where it connects to the bolt on the bell housing, it will reach. At least it did with my Pypes and from what I read others as well. The wires are not bolted to the bell housing, if you pull on them they will come off.

Isn't Bank 2 the driver's side? And if yours wasn't stumbling it makes me think a bad o2 isn't what is causing that. Dammit. Update: Just rechecked for codes and I have a P0155, bad heater element Bank 2 Sensor 1. Looks like that sensor may be shot after all. New one should be in this week.

That is the part I really don't get. Short term fuel trim reading between the two banks are pretty damn close. To me that makes no sense. Does the pcm command a fuel input based on maf flow if it is not getting an afr reading?

I haven't added cc plates yet. I'm considering them because I am going to be lowering the car a bit. I was wondering if they would help get rid of the clunks. Most of what I read indicates that the factory front strut mounts are crap and the cause of most clunks when crossing bumps.

I did get a tune update from Lund. They added 4% fuel above 3500 rpm. Haven't had a chance to try it yet due to a death in the family, actually haven't gotten a chance to burn the fuel out to add any sunoco 104. Anyway, gonna run it tomorrow and see if the datalog looks any better with more fuel.
