I don't think one is better than the other. I chosen the frpp 0 degree plugs based on a good price I got on sale from Tasca. I think quality control would be more of an issue than performance for the likes of frpp, brisk, auto lite, NGK, etc. I would recommend price shopping as part of the decision.

Would then frpp branded htos be the m-12405-3v0 set by any chance? I searched and couldn't find a gap rating from ford on them.
