Decided to build a new one. :igiveup:

Had the same issue. I found a set of Corsa Touring mufflers and paired them with some Magnaflow resonators welded in the mid pipe section. Much quieter, really deep.. Don't know if I would call it perfect, but it's better than obnoxious or having drone issues.

Took her out of a 6 month hibernation to finish the exhaust and blew the transmission.

They are the oval style, very heavy too; nearly 25 lbs each. From what I read, yours are a deeper tone. I still see vendors advertising them for about that cost, but they are out of stock because of being discontinued. I purchased two sets around that number but they couldn't fill the order...
