Cars reading 75.0psi with an obd2 scanner, changed out fuel pump, fuel rail sensor and the harness to the sensor along with it. I have yet to physically check the fuel pressure with a gauge yet but I’m going to some time this week. Just checking to see if anyone else has bumped into this issue before? Engine codes that came with the problem are (P0193) (P0191)

If u ruled out the frps then u should check out the fpdm next it is prolly running ur pump wide open
I’ve had the driver module replaced about two to three months ago so I doubt that it’ll be bad by now but I’ll still check it out, thanks for the response

I put a fuel regulator at the fuel rail, bypassed the FPDM and just let the pump run. I dont know if that's the right thing to do but it fixed the problem

It may cause some fuel trim issues in the future though. As manifold pressure increases or vacuum decreases, the fuel pressure must be adjusted accordingly for the injectors to dispense the proper amount of fuel. At idle you might be fine but as you add throttle and the vacuum disappears the fuel pressure must go up to compensate. Since it's not you may run into some leaner mixtures. I believe the fuel pressure should be at or around delta 39 psi. That means while under 15 psi of vacuum your pressure should be at about 24-25 psi. And if you go WOT it should be right around 40 psi. You can probably get around it but it would take some incredible tuning to change injector pulses for manifold pressure. Now you may also get around this by going from a MAF to a MAP sensor and tuning accordingly but it seems like you chose the most complicated route to go.
