Temperature's stable at 212°F, but after a few minutes of driving, the idle dips from ~700 RPM to ~500 RPM for a couple seconds before normalizing. Anyone else seen this on their 5.0? What helped—throttle body cleaning, idle relearn, or something else?

Could be the cooling fan turning on. Sometimes the low speed can cause it slightly but if the resister fails on the low speed it will go from zero to hero when turning on the high speed fan and that will surely cause a dip in rpms for a second as the alternator load is heavy
