@ 9 psi? I think 450 is reasonable with a decent tune on 9 psi.
With a turbo, you shouldn't need that much boost to make 450, let alone 425 hp. Right now it is just a waste of fuel and not good for the plugs, O2 sensors, etc... to run it that rich. Might as well drop the boost a couple pounds, lean it out and make more power.

For example, my car made 63 more HP with 1 less lb of boost. The current tune is likely not a good one.

Agree; 450-460rwhp @ 9psi is definitely achievable with a proper dyno tune.
The current tune is very rich (10s) and the timing is probably conservative too. I suspect this is just a "safe" base tune for a forced induction set up on a stock bottom end, so there's undoubtedly room to pick up a few HP.

You can make 500whp live forever if you dyno once and never race. :roflmao:

I ran around and raced for years @490rwhp, never had an issue, just had a very good tune and ran race gas mixed with 91 octane at the track just to be safe.

Always a success story with any power level, I think there was someone on here years ago that made 800rwhp on stock internals. Far from the norm.

I had a supercharger on my car for years, while it was certainly fun to drive with the instant torque, superchargers come with headaches like everything else, particular the dreaded belt slip. Running a turbo so far has been the most maintenance power adder I have ever run by far. IMO you made a great choice.
