Tired of the “tucked in” look on the back wheels, so put on 25mm coyote spacers. I really like the stock 19’s, and I can’t go any wider with the tires (255/40), so this was my option. Looked weird at first, but it’s growing on me.

Looks good with the spacers. After you put a few hundred miles on it, take the rear wheels off and re-torque the nuts on the spacers and then the lug nuts.
Now it’s time to lower it!

Yup. Probably take me a month or two to get that mileage, then I’ll check again.

I know it’ll look/handle better if I lower it, but I’ve got a pretty bad lower back and I don’t want to ruin the relatively decent ride I have now.

I did add konis, a boss 302 sway bar, a rear shock bar, and tubular control arms and panhard rod. Plus it’s a Trackpack car, so it handles good enough for me.

Yah, I hear ya. I don’t have a bad back, but I’ve just gotten to an age where I don’t want to deal with a rough ride. I swapped my Eibach Pro Kit springs for BMRs which are a good bit softer. I’m actually trying another set, Tein H-Tech, which are even softer and don’t lower the front so much. I’ll have those on later this week. Hopefully that will do the trick. If not, I might have to go back to stock springs (which unfortunately are long gone, so I’ll have to find some used ones.)

I was thinking maybe Boss 302 springs as they don’t lower the car too much (quarter to half inch?)and probably aren’t as stiff as aftermarket.

Are you tired of those terrible wheel gaps and tucked look? Get rid of your stock wheels and lower it!
