You hit the limiter on the 2-3 shift both times. Car would have been quicker/faster if that was resolved. We now have the ability to bump that hard limiter up with HP Tuners.

I am not sure what you are asking about manifold.
HP Tuners lets me fine tune shift points, etc at the track.
It it my understanding HP data logs more accurately also..
