Very cool model, and incredible attention to detail. If you had to guess, how many hours do you have into it?

WOW! hours?< IDK. 30ish, I have a 1969 GT500 on the way , it is also a Revell Motor City Muscle Series model. Ill try to keep track of the hour on this one. Also finishing a Metal body Bullet Mustang Kit.

I have a 67 GT 500 I completed a few years ago, first kit I have done since my 20s. Its not quite as detailed, kit was missing a Windshield washer bottle so I casted one using the part from the Bullet kit and made a Clay mold, used wax to cast the part. you can see it in the under hood shot. painted to look half full of fluid. I can NOT take credit for the body paint as it was pre-painted but the rest I did.

Ill do a step by step on the 69 GT 500. the Bullet is partially started and is a pre-painted metal body.

Nice job, I haven’t built a model in years but do have quite a collection to be built including one of the 70 Mach 1 you did. One of these days life will allow me the time. Keep up the nice work!
