This is going to be a long shot, but I’m trying to find the 2005-2009 Mustang tail lights with the amber bar on the outside. I know they were popular about a decade ago but I can’t find them for sale any where. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I somehow managed to get Scarlett through the SVA inspection in Cyprus (in the EU) when I imported her from the UAE without changing the original taillights. Perhaps it's because modern cars haven't had amber indicator lenses for a number of years.
Soon afterwards however I did swap the original taillight harnesses for CDC sequential units and they've worked flawlessly for the past 8 years.

I don't like the backup lamp, not very bright but a slim and brighter LED type is not approved. The yellow blinker is a good solution.
I found these:

Contacted them and they told me they'll only make changes to the harness and the rear fog will have its own seperate wiring, so I got a second set off ebay which I'll send to them and see how it turns out.

I can keep the stock look and still be compliant with not ugly extra lamps

Where's the rear fog tho?

Are you sure that you get TUV approval?
The fog is the inner left tail lamp.
I don't really see a reason why I shouldn't. Do you?
There's more cars on the road where I don't even know they're blinking when the lights are on, that are stock.

My brother has a very forgiving TÜV guy that lets him do alot of stuff on his GMC so we'll try with him lol

Hard to see in the video if the indicator function looks yellow enough.

Yea its kinda hard to see but I thinks that's just the lighting clashing with each other on camera.
In the end we'll see it in Person and it's still dependent on the TÜV......
If everything works out I'll try to get a better video of it.
