Keep us posted. Thats a low milage car. Got my fingers crossed it is just a tune up issue. Like a fouled plug. IMO startup is a tad on the rich side because of emissions. Ford wants to get the cats warmed up quickly.

Story I got was when u 1st fire up the eng, it reverts to fast idle for XXX seconds. That's to get the cats up to temp a little quicker.

Nah rpms don’t drop to 300 then back up and it pour smoke where I can’t see behind the car

So heard back from bates no. 7 fuel injector stuck open. Now they think it caused it to bend a rod

They’re not 100 percent on the rod they’re checking it just to make sure

Hey, that's actually not bad, I wonder if you can change it out the bottom if you pull the piston 90% of the way out, new pin, new rod, off you go. $25! Bore scope the top to make sure the ring land didn't come off.
