It is indeed hard to find it for s197 from 05-09 , and ebay stuff is garbage and will fade, I ordered mine through Mustang Carbon and it should arrive very soon. They specialize in s550 carbon interior and 11-14 s197, and it is a great quality from what i saw and felt. It would be only fair to mention tho, the owner is a pretty close friend of mine and huge mustang enthusiast, has a 9 second 12 drag build, it is a small make to order business. All parts are hand made in Ukraine, and shipped here, the guy who runs it is local PA tho. Order does take time, and wheel usually runs around 800-1100 dollars, depending on leather, suede, shift display or not, flat bottom or not, you basically can customize it as your heart wishes. Quality is great, it wont fade in 2 years like the cheap wheels i saw, same goes to leather and suede quality

Never had experience with carbontastic , here are some examples of what mustang carbon does, taken by me from their shop- they have their own manufacturing in Ukraine, quality is great, it is not cheaply made Chinese stuff. I talked to the owner about a 197 wheels- all 05-09 and 11-14 are order to make do to obviously age of platform, s550 they have stock. Anything you order can be custom as you like , material combo, flat bottom you name it - wheels are 899 and up depending if you want screen and customisation , they also make interior carbon trim (not overlays, but actual panels) as well as custom door seals , which I actually run as well, last picture is seal made for my car

Also if you guys located in Phila area, you can always stop buy at their shop and talk everything through as well as see the parts for yourself , here are some 11-14 examples
