I could see that as well. That's why I say once painted it might look more natural.Actually, I think it looks cleaner without the scoop.
A Roush duck tail type spoiler would balance the chin spoiler very nicely.I always liked the boss hood from cervinis and they make quality products. If you are going to install the hood scoop I think it should be painted to match the black front spoiler. BUT, I would do the rear spoiler too to balance it out.
It would look better on a GT model. It’s too aggressive for the V6. The thing I like about this hood is it matches the length of the front bumper cover to look like the ‘69 notched hood. It’s a clean look, I’m not much for decorative scoops that aren’t functional.Personally not a fan. Hopefully once installed and painted to match it will look better. Good luck.
