So I pulled my fuel injectors to have them serviced and found one is missing the seat...wth?? I am going to scope the intake tomorrow...

How do i get one of these? What would not having this seat cause? Surge? [IMG]

It's called a pintle cap. It depends sometimes they have a metering screen to control output sometimes they just hold the bottom oring on. Yes you can order new Bosch ones to replace it. It just snaps on. The biggest issue with 39lb blue giant injectors is there are more knock offs than there are legit on the market. The knock offs have inferior components that often lead to variance and flow issues, sometimes drivability as well. They are also a outdated design so there are much better ev14 options out there.

    Jeremy,
Would you be able to help me get the part number? It doesn't have a screen, just a plastic ring.
