HELP Shifter Handle for a Stock Shifter?

Okay ... I technically have a stock shifter, though I like to refer to it as a Shelbeena (Shelby knob, Saleen shifter block, Steeda urethane bushings). However, I need a longer handle (e.g., the length of the Hurst Competition Plus or the Roush chrome handles). To do that, I need one that mounts to the stock shifter base and uses the stock threads. Any suggestions?

I apologize if this doesn't qualify for tech ... I wasn't sure where else to ask.
