if you've adjusted your pinion angle, specifically to help eliminate drive shaft vibe....

what were your before and after angles, and what was the result?

i'm going to try this one last thing before i give up on one piece alum drive shafts.

I bought Adj. UCA and with an Angle finder I measured the angle from the downpart of the pumpkin untill it measured -1.5* (aprox)

did it accomplish what you wanted? i'm at +1 at the transmission flange and -2 at the pinion flange, and i've got some vibe. this is after installing 3 different shafts and rebalancing...

I'm at -1.5* now and have gone through three one piece DS. My latest one is smooth as butter until 120mph, then the car starts shaking bad. I'm looking for a shop right now to check the balance of one of the remaining two DS I have. I guess if I was in the States it wouldn't even bother me...but here, it sucks.

I dropped down to -2 degrees in hopes of stopping a vibration. It just moved it up to being around 105mph with my 4.10 gears.

Now I have 3.73 gears and an axle exchange driveshaft in the car = no vibration AT ALL up to 125 mph.

i'm at +1 in the front and -2 in the back, with 4.10's the vibe is around 80mph. i'd be very happy to move it up to 105. i just bought a set of the steeda adj lca's and i'm going to give it one more try before giving up on the 1 piece shafts....i'm just not sure which what to go with the angle, if it will even help at all.

I do have vibes at 120+mph.

Though I dont go 120+mph very often, I know I need to fix this.

I went to pep boys, autozone, and oreilly's none of them have angle finders 2 of the shops didn't even know what the hell a pinion angle was !

Where can i find an angle finder besides online. One that is magnetic and can stick to the car.

You'd probably have better luck at Lowe's or Home Depot. I know I've seen magnetic base angle finders at Lowes before.
