iPhone Delete on '09

Unfortunately I'm selling my '09 GT/SC. How do I delete my cell phone from sync? I remember watching a YouTube video on how to add it, but can't find one on how to delete it. And, believe it or not, I've never used it!

Get in the vehicle without your phone so it doesn't automatically connect. Click on the vehicle display screen where it says 'connect a phone'. It will bring up all the phones linked to the vehicle and you can delete any or all of them.
