Our Junior Salesperson will initially master the basics of order processing and customer service. Once up to speed with the inner-workings of our company, our Junior Salesperson will have the opportunity to graduate into the role of a market-specific Product Expert. APEX customers include racers and track enthusiasts from all over the world. Your responsibility is to ensure issues do not arise, potentially causing them to miss any hard-earned track time. If one of our customers encounter an issue or need some other support, you’ll be there to help them through that process. To continue growing at our current rate, we need our technical experts to stay focused on developing new wheel fitments, writing tutorials, and answering complex product related questions. Having you dedicated to supporting customers through the pre and post-purchase stages, ensures that order changes or warranty replacements will not stunt our growth. Our Junior Salesperson is: Truly a passionate car enthusiast, whose friends would easily define them as such. Broadly familiar with performance parts, and the respective vocabulary. Known for their exceptionally high customer service skills which earn them mountains of positive reviews and referrals. Articulate with extremely clear written and verbal communication skills. Grammar Nazis welcome. Already computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and have experience interacting via online forums. Equipped with marketing street smarts so that all public communications represent the company positively. Our Junior Salesperson will: Use our CRM to track and process all customer service issues until they are solved. Connect with customers by phone, email, and through car forums. Help customers place new orders, change orders, make payments, or get refunds. Process returns, exchanges and warranties. Review online orders for potential fraud or other issues prior to their release. Help place purchase orders and follow up with vendors. Provide customers with status updates, and follow up on backorders. Improve our processes to make customers happier and your job easier. Document procedures so actions are clear to new hires, allowing you to advance within the company. Support our Brand Managers and Product Experts so they can stay focused on growth.
