Did you have your MGW set to a very short throw?My BMR front loop was fine with two separate MGWs and two separate Pro 5.0s. I have a Pro 5.0 in there now with the loop and do not have clearance problems.
We're talking about the BMR loop, though. What were your settings on the MGW when you were using the BMR loop with no clearance issues and no shim, as you stated above?w/ the CHE loop and a MGW and Spydershaft, we had to grind the top of the loop down flat (maybe a 1/8") to get it to fit. The MGW was set @ 7 turns out and there was maybe 1/8" clearance to the DS from the bottom of the shifter.
