I just purchased back my original 2007 Mustang GT. Other than curb rash, some paint blemishes and interior wear it’s exactly like I sold it 10 years ago! Went through two owners and 5k or so miles. Total mileage is 75k.

Anyway, second or third drive and I have engine noise that I assume is the rollers. Saw multiple threads on here but wanted to solicit thoughts based on the video below..

If it is rollers, I could also use suggestions on where to purchase and other items I should address while doing the job. Thanks!

Before getting involved with rollers, I would just do an oil change first. See if there is any improvement.

That DOEs sound like the clatter of a seized cam follower. You'd be well advised not to drive that car any further until you've pulled the valve cover on the side with the noise and inspected the valvetrain. Otherwise you risk turning a repairable engine into one with catastrophic damage.
The mileage on it is surprisingly low to have such a problem, and that makes me wonder if the PO ragged it to death. At this point you'd better refurbish the whole valvetrain to ensure future reliability. Here's a full parts list for you:

Ford Performance Camshaft Drive Kit: M-6004-463V
Ford Performance Rocker Arm Lash Adjuster Kit: M-6529-3V
Felpro Timing Chain Tensioner Gasket Set: ES73226
OEM valve stem oil seals: 3L3Z-6571-DA (or Viton valve stem oil seals)
PQY Performance valve spring compressor: VSC07B (to replace valve stem oil seals)
OEM '13-'14 Shelby GT500 high pressure oil pump: DR3Z6600A
OEM 3V oil pump pickup tube:4R3Z6622AA
VCT Solenoids: 8L3Z-6M280-B

Do I need a spring compressor when I want to change only the rollers?

I don’t think so. The trick is to loosen and tighten back the cams slowly in sequence or you might break a cap. At least that’s what I have seen from my research…

I know these videos refer to the 5.4 3V but the same procedures also apply to the 4.6:

Search for FordTechMakuloco in YouTube. You'll also find some of his other videos on the 4.6/5.4 3V informative.

Ok so stock valve springs are ok? I am of the thought process that If I am removing springs to replace oil guide seals I am going to replace or upgrade spring, locks and retainers but that just me…

Just found, don't know if it will work. It is basically a compression of the lash adjusters.
