I will look into providing you with a larger pulley for your specific setup that will work with said tensioner.

Ryan I left you a message on your voicemail.

For others that are viewing that would like to swap to a larger pulley, Dayco or Gates 38028 is commercially available and in stock at any Advance, NAPA, or Autozone, and has the correct offset to fit on the Roush tensioner without modification.

The stock Roush pulley is 1/16" larger than an 8 rib belt. The 38028 is more than 3/16" larger than the belt.

He held an 8 rib onto the pulley and with it lined up even with the back it is onto the curved part in the front. It "may" work with everything alligned perfectly. It is not right for an 8 rib setup however. Not gonna work for me unless we can get a bit wider pulley onto it.

UHHHH....no turbo? Is he Installing the KB on it?:thumb:
