Be cautious on doing business with "The Wheel Doctor" in SW Ohio for your wheel repair/refinish needs. This place is a joke. They claim on their website 1-2 day turnaround on repair/refinish due to 15 years experience. After waiting 3 weeks they have not yet started on the wheel I dropped off for said above service. Its a simple surface prep (media blast) and refinish to matching color. Stopped in today only to get attitude from some snarky 40 something blonde woman with a snotty witch attitude who acts as she is the single most desire of the entire US male population. YELP reviews have had similar to say regarding the "front counter" person. I have picked up the wheel untouched and will take it elsewhere. I guess they are more concerned with their "client list" of local businesses they cater to rather than the cash up front paying walk in customers.
