Good morning all, I’m pretty close to getting my swap done but the only thing holding me up is this harness. My problem is I don’t have O2 sensors or alternator leads!!?? PBH says to just use the mt82 harness and all would be fine. Only problem with that is the PBH body harness is missing the 50 pin transmission connector. Has anyone else found a workaround to this? Thanks!!

You use a coyote transmission harness. All of that including the electric steering connectors are located in that harness. The PBH is strictly for the body harness, then the engine harness is separate ass well.

Yup figured it all out. Was the electronic steering pretty painless to install? Debating on going that route

Bolts right in. No need to have the 11-14 sub frame for the third bolt. I actually swapped my 07 to EPAS over a year and a half ago in prep for the coyote swap and since the hydraulic system crapped the bed. BUT I did have to trim the smallest amount of the sub frame lip on the the passenger side near the bolt location to allow it to go all the way in.

I believe the regular 11-14 GT battery/trans harness is discontinued from Ford but the 13-14 GT500 version works and should be available. Can always get the harness from a junkyard too.

Cake if you swap to an 11&up k member. There is a third mounting bolt that is not there on non EPAS k member. I would not recommend not putting in the third bolt. Ford put it there for a reason.

The S550 racks don't use the third mount point and like I said, I've had mine without for almost 2 years now, dailying, and drifted a couple times at track events,

Does it take anything special to make the S550 rack work on an S197? I see the FP350S ack can be had for about $300 less than the FRPP Boss 302R rack.

YES, The bolt pattern is off just enough to make it a lot of work, I actually did it in my Fusion because I had the S550 rack given to me and the S197 Sub frame already.

I put in a 2014 V6 rack in my 07 and works well. Got it from a junk yard for $130.

You guys do as you please.
I got a K member from the junkyard for $45. I wont run EPAS without that 3rd bolt.

If I do this swap, I'll do an 11+ tubular K-member at the same time and find a way to get a 4" downpipe going out the back at the same time.
