I tried searching first and I just don't understand about offsets and I've read:

and

I'm about to drop $2k on a square 20x10 setup and want to make sure I'm not going to run in to any issues. The wheels are 20x10 Drag DR-37s with 42 offset, and I'm dropped on Sportline springs. The tires I plan on using is 275/35/20, with the 42mm offset and Sportline springs, will I rub on the front? Also will the tires stick out past the fender? Thanks for answering my ignorance :hi:

They'll fit flawlessly. Mine are 20x10 +40 and they fit perfectly too. I've got plenty of room on the inside, so the +2 difference isn't going to create any fitment problems. In fact, going to a +42 to about a +45 would actually fit slightly better than my +40 (it would bring the wheel inward just slightly).

Yep, they'll fit perfect. You could run anything from a 275 to a 305. I've got 295's right now, and I've still got a little room.

Are they 295/35-20? or 295/30-20 or something else?
Also are you lowered? How much camber?

I'd like to go with 285/35-20 BFG Rivals front and 315/35-20 rears
with Steeda Ultralites and 1.5 deg camber

I have 20x10 45mm with BfG 305's in the rear, and they rub when cornering. Tires sit flush with the fenders. I even think the fenders are rolled. What do yall think could be my issue.

For one thing, they are not fenders. Those are quarter panels.
They are hem flanged from the factory, no need to ever roll them.
You did not say if they rub on the inside or the outside.

sorry, just waking up. Thanks for correcting about the quarter panels. And, they rub on the outside of the tire. Like when cornering, the tire is getting forced into the wheel well.

Questions for Lcfrshadow:

1) what wheels?
2) what make and model tire?
3) is the car lowered? How much?
4) is your axle centered with an adjustable panhard?

With those answered, we might be able to figure something out.

^^ #4. If it only rubs on one side.
If both sides rub, your tires are too wide.

As Juice pointed out, if both of your tires are getting rub, you need narrower tires or wheels with more offset. Some BFGs tend to run a little wide anyway so maybe that is it.
