Roush aluminum degas tank. To my knowledge, it's the only aluminum IC tank that sits on the radiator and still allows room for the PS tank on the radiator also.

Good shape, has one scratch/gouge on the back side, as shown. Does not include a cap, but it will accept a standard coolant bottle cap.
