This setup will support around 700rwhp depending on injectors size without a bap and is cheaper than the frpp gt500 system while out performing it! Kit features a modifed GT hat with two ford gt supercar pumps which flow 550lph @ 13.5 volts/39psi! Also includes my fuel system wire upgrade kit which runs a 10 gauge wire with relay to the fpdm and fuel hat wire upgrade harness which runs 10 gauge power and ground wires from the fpdm to the fuel hat to support the pumps. The fuel hat is is a direct swap drop in featuring larger 3/8" gates submersible fuel hose, high flow Y fitting and stainless fuel hose clamps. The wire kits come with color installation instruction for a clean and easy install. Best value fuel kit you can buy for your S197!

Full setup is $450 with free shipping in the cont us.

*Have your own fuel hat for me to work on or have a spare you want to send me? Send me your hat and the kit is $400 including return shipping to you!
*The fuel level sender resistance reading changed in 2010 so please specify wether you need an 05-09 or a 10 style sender.
*Add $20 if you would like the pprv valve deleted off the hat with this kit.
*Requires custom tuning.

What is the PPRV valve? I have a GT500 kit right now but want to get rid of it and the competition BAP I bought I do this setup but what I want to run between 650 and 750. I feel like it would be pushing the limits. What can be upgraded or do you guys offer a stage 3 kit? Send me a PM with some options Jeremy.

How much more fuel do the GT Supercar pumps flow compared to the GT500?

The gt500 pumps flow around 230lph a piece is what seems to be the consensus, the ford gt pump flows around 255-260lph at 39psi. I know early on this was the most common/popular swap done to the gt500 hat when there weren't many options out.

Wow, thats seems puny... I thought GT500 had more flow than that. :(

Thanks Jeremy!!

Its capable of 625-650rwhp on pump depending on setup and injector size, combined flow of around 460lph for both pumps, hence why the single 405 pump setups support around 600rwhp they flow 440lph at 39psi.

I know my dual ford gt pump setup that I first built for my car made 655rwhp at 78% duty cycle with 62lb injectors.
