It is a value file tune, you would do better with a custom and even better with a dyno tune.
But now, given that your car is stock you may start with that with no problems and once you get some mods then get a custom tune for your mods that will perfectly work with your SF tuner.
Most tuners will send you closed tunes, specially in critical areas, one can choose what to leave open and by how much, the reason behind sending out closed tunes is that your tuner already knows by testing that the tune he is sending out is what gives you more power while being safe so giving the chance to the customer to play with these options can put the car under additional stress that may hurt performance and even the car itself so they lock these options out.
