After I replace my clutch, flywheel set up I know I’ll have to do the crank relearn. Will it have to be returned to stock to do the relearn bc it’s not really possible with my car, don’t have the stock parts anymore and I don’t think it will run right with stock tune. Anyone ever do the crank relearn on your car while keeping your aftermarket tune and parts on it? I’m hearing different things. Surely there’s a way.

Yes. It should relearn with custom tune.

Just go into functions I believe, it's real simple and takes about 20 seconds or less. I've done it twice, once because the dealer didn't when the pulled the tranny for a TSB and a second time when I had an issue with the Crank position sensor.
