I'm trying to turn my 07 GT into a 1970 SCCA tribute car has anyone tried cutting in a factory chrome bumper from say a 67 to 68. From what I understand Retro USA no longer makes the chrome bumper covers as of about 10 years ago. Permissions granted to scoff, say WTH or laugh your ass completely off or share a few of my beers. I have also considered vinyl as well as paint. Wish I could afford a 69/70 but that happening, something about leaving the kids and grands a little something . I did talk to the owner of Retro USA he said the covers could be reinstalled if one were able to find a used set.
