Hope I am posting in the right area. My high school son bought a 5.0 with his lawn mower money and sold the pickup his grandpa gave him. He must have mowed 300 lawns to pay for it, and now it is giving him this suspension error and limits him to 80 miles per hour. Anyone here from Dallas and know a good shop? I see some say it is a software issue, if so, does that have to be fixed at the dealership? His mother likes the call limited like this, but I would like to help him get it fixed.

Man that's awesome he saved up and bought it himself - props to your son for the work ethic!

From what I know the suspension error with speed limiter is typically the MagneRide system detecting a fault, could be anything from a bad sensor to a failed strut module.

A good independent shop with a proper Ford scan tool can diagnose it, doesn't necessarily need the dealer unless it's a software flash issue.
If you want to save some money first, you could try having someone pull the codes with a decent scanner to see what's actually throwing the error - might be something simple like a connector or sensor that got knocked loose (if you or your kid are handy with chatgpt - use it for guidence, it helped me to diagnose the O2 senser on mine).
