You have to download PS3 Media Server and then set that up. Its pretty easy. Once setup you add the folder you have your Top Gear in. Then go to the Xbox and find the media server area and look for PS3 Media Server. Click that and guide your way to the Top Gear folder.

I couldn't figure out the media server thingy... (yeah, I'm getting old) but putting the episode on a thumb drive and watching it from the TV worked great.
