Looking for throw out bearing suggestions. Will be running a DFCenterforce clutch…should I just get a Centerforce one? Stock the best replacement?

I have used the stock Ford unit and the McLoed unit. They are interchangeable and I had no problems with either one.

I can’t find anything saying they’re different for different applications like hp levels. Guess just different brands

AFAIK there is no aftermarket upgrade to the TOB. The stock TOB is good enough no matter what you're HP numbers are. As long as your TOB preload measurements are good and you shim it if necessary it will be OK. Search for the threads on measuring preload on the TOB. I don't remember the exact specs but it is in those threads.

For those new to the s197 manual transmission platform, TOB preload is probably the most important thing. Aftermarket shifters, motor mounts, transmission mounts, blowfish brackets, ect. work great. But if your TOB preload isn't right you will never get the full benefit of those aftermarket upgrades.
