i was not traveling that speed and asked to see the readout on the gun because i didn't believe it was accurate.

nope not in a school zone, on the highway in a pack of cars..

since i was in a pack of cars the officer has no proof he hit my car and not the ones next to me


talked to my lawyer we are gonna meet up and monday and go over everything.


im not too worried about the fine, i just don't want that many points because my insurance is gonna kill me.

and I'm not too happy about the possibility that if i get pulled over for pretty much anything else I'm in a position to lose my license

Get a good lawyer and radar. But beware, as already mentioned, there useless against Laser's. Even NJSP are starting to use them. I just got lasered the other day going down the AC Expressway. I'm not sure why, but I never got pulled over even though I was doing 80. I'm guessing it was because I just got over into the middle lane or the spilt second I had to slam on my breaks did the trick.

My other suggestion would be to start (if your not already) going to the race track. Get it all out of your system.

this season I'm doing autocross. .and I've spent about 4 hours this week driving what used to take me 2 hours. because the speed limits in this area are so painfully slow.
