Will 2010 catalytic con. And manifold fit a 2005 ?

4.6L 3v in both cars so it should fit.

On my 2010 GT, afaik, the only thing different is the exhaust tips are 1" longer vs the 05-09 cars. Dunno about the various hangers etc. But the oem exhaust manifold + oem cats at base of eng bay should be the same, since as noted, they are all 4.6 l engines.
