I had the cpc version prior which matched the stock panel texture and color and fits better as well but it didn't have the hole for the hood prop so I returned it for this one.

Good solution to that would be a set of hood struts, that way you can remove the hood prop completely.

Ah, I see, I believe there is certain ones out there that are strong enough to hold the hood open, but not bow the hood. I forget which ones though.

Awesome looking retrofits! Would love to have some for myself, but the DRLs run through the low beams.

Yeah, that is what I meant. Can't run HIDs because they flicker and go out, I rather have them on my fogs like on the GT500s but I would have to rewire everything to get them to work like that. Still trying to figure out how to do it, before I take it to my customs guy. Cannot find a way to disable to move them yet, which sucks.

Yeah, trying to work around that. I would rather not use my HIDs during the day or when they are not needed, like in city driving. If I can prevent them from turning on at all, or turning on the fogs over the headlights, then I wouldn't have this problem.

His setup was pretty damn sweet with that TVS. I can't wait to see what it looks like when he finishes this R-Spec Whipple build.

I would definitely look into a 6060 with a RXT clutch the next time you plan on having the motor out.

If that's gonna be awhile I would pick up a cheap clutch that'll hold 500hp. I burned the crap out of mine after the DOB.
