Amazon.com: MastaPlasta, Leather Repair Patch, First-aid for Sofas Car Seats, Handbags Jackets, Plain 8-inch by 11-inch, Black these work really well. The adhesive is permanent, so you only get 1 shot to line it up. I've got a few of these on my couch. been a year so far with absolutly no issues.
