I am planning a forged stroker build with big valve ported heads, DR for supercharger, to go with my 2.3l Whipple HO and LT headers. I would like to go E85 for this setup and I have a GT500 fuel pump setup with dual 340lph pumps. Would ID725 injectors support my needs?

Your injectors will support roughly 658 crank HP with E85 and 856 on gas according to the fuelinjectorclinic. That's at 90% duty cycle. How much HP do you want to make?

There is a pretty good deal on ID725 injectors in the classifieds and I was thinking about getting them. I want to make 550 to 600 rwhp on e85 so I don't think the 725s will cut it. I only want to buy injectors once. :)

Yeah they might be little small if you're looking for 600RWHP, especially if you want a little room to grow. That calculation was based on 90% duty cycle for the injectors.

Fuel is one of things that people neglect to budget for until the end; I recommend the 1000's so you have enough injector, you have room to grow and your tuner is comfortable with the setup; the worst scenario is you arrive at the tuner for a session, starts tuning and tells you the session is over since he can't do anymore since the injectors/pumps are maxed out.

I supported 599 on e85 with a whipple, 80lb injectors, GT500 pumps, and a single 40a bap.

Ethanol also loves compression, so don't forget about power to be had there. I had 10:1 compression ratio when I was using e98 fuel and pushing 36lbs of boost. It was in a supra though, not a mustang.
