Just want to post a testimonial of this company. I can't believe the legnths they go to to make sure the customer is happy. I haven't be able to use the tool yet, but if you have any other dealings with them you can bet you will get exactly what you wanted in proper condition.

I recieved one of their spring compressor tools and it arrived with a flaw. I understand they slip through from time to time. So I sent Tad a pm and he replied in less then a hour. He made sure to send me a new tool as soon as possible and was going to overnight ship it to me. I told him it was ok, that I wasn't in a rush because I was going to work for 28 days right away. So he snail mailed it by my request. It did take a while to get here and when asked he thought usps may have lost it. So he shipped another one. The next day the second one showed up. In time for me to do the job. And he was able to cancel the third one. I don't figure he made any money from my sale at this point. But I'm satisfied! And I got a free t-shirt.

Buy from these guys if you need tools. Or anything they have. You won't be dissappointed.

We're a new company that was just formed in May. When we decided to form an LLC and begin offering products, we established customer satisfaction would be our number one priority. It is not just talk; we mean it! If we want to to grow and be around years from now, we'd better treat customers right, period! So many companies are done with the customer once they get the credit card any more and it really p*sses me off.

We've had just a few growing pains early on, but we've taken care of each customer and resolved the issue moving forward. Just so everyone knows, the particular issue with CORPO's compressor was that the magnets didn't stay fully seated. This has been addressed moving forward.

CORPO, you're right, we probably didn't make any money from your order, but we have a satisfied customer and we can feel good that we take care of our customers.

We've got tons of great feedback from customers and we're very excited to keep doing what we do! we have many more products and tools to come.

The statement above is not just some BS diatribe. I expressed interest in the Timing chain wedges and within an hour Tad had responded to my question's, and to top it off I ordered on a Friday and had the tool in hand on Monday ... I live in Indiana, their company is in Iowa. I cannot express how rare that it is to receive customer service this good these day's.
One last thing the tool worked as promised ... Cam install took place last night, 2 hours 15 minutes start to finish, Thanks Again Tad !
