You do not wanna use the water/methanol without tuning by someone who is experienced tuning these cars with water/methanol. I had some bad experiences with tuners and water/methanol injection. I found out that most don't have a clue how to tune with these systems.

If ur a tool you deserve fire!
if you spray methanol you will loose hp if you dont add some timing. But you could spray 100% water to lower the IAT's until you get a dyno tune for the meth. Also why did you put it before s/c and not after? In time it will dull the blades of the S/C lower its efficiency. If anything I would put it right after the intercooler.

I didnt want to drill through the metal on my after cooler because that was the only way i seen to do it after the s/c, i was told putting it before the s/c was fine? I can easily relocate it and plug the hole but i was under the impression where i pit it was the best place in my application.

IIRC the shop that does my work has installed them on the underside of the area of the aftercooler just before the TB

Not that I have this kit but I would think you would want it here.

Which is also where you would want your IAT sensor also, after the blower just before the TB..

You want it right before the trottle blades on a centri setup. you will not gain anything by putting it before the blower.

thanks stoker but on the underside some what right?

It won't matter where you put it, the spray pattern of a methanol nozzle is unlike anything you have seen. it will cover the entire opening completly. The pump puts out like 200PSI and most meth nozzles have droplet sizes down to 18 microns or less. Just put it after the intercooler and before the TB.

The longer the fluid is present in the air intake tract the longer it has to pull heat from the air charge. This is great for reducing IATs but this limits how much fluid gets into the combustion chamber where it acts as a fuel and detonation suppresant. The nozzle should be placed before the TB that way it has some time to reduce IATs and still act as a fuel.

Which side of the meth nozzle should I put the IAT sensor? Before it sprays or after it sprays?

In order to get the most accurate IATs you want it after the meth.

You are better off getting an older style IAT sensor like off a fox body. threaded type. pull off your intake manifold and drill/tap a runner. you don't want to spray directly on the sensor.
