GT500 would have been nice but couldn't fit in the budget at the time.
what part of bay area u in?

For the power gains I am looking to do down the road with my mustang, going to a GT500 would've been more logical. I just got caught up in the moment when I laid eyes on the GT I have. I love the car immensely, but I would've taken a used GT500 if they had one and the price was right in a heartbeat.
Was in San Jose, but moved to Gilroy recently.

Only things I think I would do differently is skip lowering springs and Steeda HD plates and go to a super nice set of coilovers. Beyond that, maybe a base GT instead of the premium for weight savings.

I dont want more power though...

If not that then I would build a Turbo 2.3L Fox because different.

- I would have bought a GT500 or 5.0

- I would have never spent soo much money on different exhaust setups

- I would not have gotten the Cervini Side Exhaust

- This is the most important one. I really regret purchasing a used supercharger from a member on here.

Nothing. I drove all the way to Tulsa OK to buy a PW base GT / M6 / 3.73 gear '12 coupe because that's exactly what I wanted for a daily. I lowered it and put the right wheels and tires on it right away. I could not be more satisfied.

Nothing. Bought the exact car I wanted, dropped a KB on it with only 2.5K miles on the clock and continue to add stuff for more fun.

I've learned to make the most reasoned decision I can and accept it as that. There's always something better down the road. But I've also learned contentment is underrated.

What do you regret about the SC?

No real regrets for me, car came with some basic mods. I did the drop and gears which were great. I'm glad I've fought of the urge for long tubes and cams thus far as I just don't feel the power gains are worth it on my N/A ride. I'll go SC or 2011+ in the future.

What do you regret about the SC? .

The supercharger came to me broken. I had to send it out to 281 Motorsports for a rebuild. It was also missing pieces so it took me about a month, calling every major shop that I could to assemble it all. So instead of getting a good deal, I was left with so much aggravation and the cost equaled out to be the same if not more than a new kit.
