This Tuesday Team JDM is going to be performing the install of a Whiteline Transmission Bushing Insert in a 2012 Mustang GT MT82 Manual trans 6 speed car. From what I'm being told this should eliminate transmission movement during the shift and allow for Clean High RPM Shifts. I'm sure almost everyone with the MT82 has experienced a missed shift at High RPM because the shifter won't engage the next forward gear. Whiteline tells us this is the fix, for just over $30 its worth a try so we will soon find out!

We'll be sharing pictures of the installation as well videos some high RPM shift testing!

Mine should be here in a week. Hopefully my foot is better by the time it's here so I can actually test it.

Its actually too tall to fit in the small USPS box, It would have to go medium sized. I can double check this when we get our test unit tomorrow. Ill offer USPS, our website just calculates with UPS.

I'm already in, through TBR. We'll see how it works with my Stiffler loop already in there. The idea is awesome; we'll see on the outcome. I did bushing inserts on the MM of my last car (Speed3) and that helped the remote shifter a lot...so much that i went out and bought a full mount instead of the inserts. This looks like it'll work though, in this application

Added it to the cart got all the way to the shipping point, hoping to see a realistic shipping price, but it was like $19. They're already closed for the day, so I'll try tomorrow, since they haven't changed the shipping options to USPS or anything else.
